I offer one-to-one or small group sessions via Zoom. Perfect if you need the additional assistance and motivation that this form brings. You can also do Zoom training as part of a bespoke online training plan (see below). This package includes:

  • Initial 30 minute consultation via Zoom

  • Regular time slot (with some flexibility)

  • Block bookings

  • Email or text support whenever you need it

  • Split costs among a small group

I use an online training platform that allows you to follow the workouts in your programme at any time, so you are not restricted at all. This plan is bespoke to you and will progress as you do with unlimited support and guidance throughout. A plan includes:

  • Initial 30 minute consultation via Zoom

  • Programme containing 8 weeks of progressive workouts. This is accessible using desktop or phone/i-pad using the app

  • Additional 30 minute/1 hour zoom sessions

  • Weekly check-in to discuss progress/challenges or if any adaptations need to be made.

  • Email or text support whenever you need it
